 2 Ingredient Naan Bread 


Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup self-rising flour 
1 cup plain greek yogurt 
1/2 tsp salt
Optional: 1 tbsp butter with 1 tsp minced garlic 

Method:

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, yogurt & salt and mix till well combined to form a ball of dough.
  2. Lightly flour your kitchen surface and seperate your dough into 8 portions. Roll out dough balls into an oval shape ( like a classic naan bread ) 
  3. Heat a non stick pan and cook on each side for 3 minutes till lightly browned.
  4. Optional: Once cooked , lightly brush naan bread with garlic butter.
  5. Serve warm with tikki massala chicken or tandoori!
