Country Casserole

Country Casserole 

Ingredients:

12 oz package noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder 
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 cup mozzarella cheese. 

Method:

  1. . Preheat over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit . Grease 9x13 dish.
  2.  Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 
  3.  Heat olive oil in pan and cook minced beef till brown & add frozen spinach. Drain excess oil and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl mix together tomato soup, mushroom soup and milk. Add in Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  5. Add minced beef and noodles to sauce mixture.
  6. Spread into pan and top with chili flakes, parsley and cheese. 
    NB. At this stage you can cover and refrigerate or freeze casserole. 
  7. Place into oven and bake approx 25-30 minutes until cooked through and cheese is melted
  8.  Optional: place under broiler 2 minutes till cheese is golden. 
  9. Serve warm. Garnish with parsley.
