Mushroom Patsa

 Mushroom Pasta 

Ingredients:

1 pack penne pasta
1 container mushrooms (approx 2 cups chopped )
1-2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter 
2 tsp minced garlic 
1 chicken bouillon cube 
250 ml cooking cream (heavy or light)
Salt and pepper to taste 
Parsley(optional)

Method:

  1. Bring water in a pot to boil. 
  2. Chop mushrooms to preferred size. Thin slices work best for me! 
  3. Place pasta in boiling water to cook.
  4. In a pan, melt butter with olive oil, garlic and bouillon cube.
  5. Add mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes until soft.
  6. Add cooking cream to mushroom and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  7. Drain pasta and add to mushroom sauce. 
  8. Optional: top with fresh or dried parsley and enjoy!
